Crystalbrook Riley Hotel Cairns, Cairns

The hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk to the city and with lovely views of the surrounding area. The room was spacious but dated and had a musty smell that made it difficult to enjoy. Although the staff was efficient during check-in, service was lacking at times, especially during breakfast. The grounds were well-maintained, but the overall premises need some renovations to improve the experience.

I had a mixed experience at the Rydges Tradewinds Hotel. The ocean view room was a nice touch and offered a lovely sight, but the lack of room cleaning during my stay was quite disappointing. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, there were issues with noisy neighbors and a lack of consistent service. Overall, I appreciated the efforts of the staff, but the room condition could certainly use some improvement.
